On a typical shift you will read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Six days a week, one day off.
