Site labourer — Newberry County

Now hiring: we are hiring a site labourer in Newberry County, South Carolina. You will work with a civil contractor. Day-to-day duties: • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Backfill and ram down soil around the foundations • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
