Day-to-day duties: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Bend bars to shape on a bar bending machine • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire We offer $260 per day plus benefits.
