Join our team: we are hiring a head butcher in Carbon County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a busy retail butcher's shop. Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On a typical shift you will keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts.
