Garment machinist wanted in Knox County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a garment machinist in Knox County, Illinois. The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go What we are looking for: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. We offer $4,200 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
