What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen The role involves: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases Overtime paid at a premium rate.
