Day-to-day duties: • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) You should have: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot Part-time with flexible hours. $3,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
