Ideal candidate: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves: • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights Part-time with flexible hours.
