Production welder wanted in Montgomery County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a production welder in Montgomery County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances Day-to-day duties: • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead 1+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
