Immediate opening: we are hiring a dishwasher in Barnwell County, South Carolina. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Day-to-day duties: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift 1+ years on the tools preferred.
