Immediate opening: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Fayette County, Illinois. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Your main tasks: • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer • Read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut Performance bonus on top of base pay.
