Now hiring: we are hiring an ironing operator in Giles County, Tennessee. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases Day to day you will keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure; fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press; use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
