Now hiring: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Sedgwick County, Colorado. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves: • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
