Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Wilson County, North Carolina. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred The role involves set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; run first-off inspection and sign off the part; write and edit G-code programs at the control; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances.
