Join our team: we are hiring an aluminium fitter in Carroll County, Iowa. The job is in a glazing and curtain wall company. Day to day you will assemble window and door frames from extruded sections; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads. What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections • Skilled on cutting, crimping and punching machines Full-time, day shift.
