Safety inspector — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety inspector in Montgomery County, Illinois. You will be based at a busy construction site. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills Day-to-day duties: • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Carry out toolbox talks with the crew before each shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
