Join our team: we are hiring a cnc turner in Lawrence County, Tennessee. You will be based at an auto-components manufacturing unit. You should have: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Your main tasks: • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Write and edit G-code programs at the control • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances Part-time with flexible hours.
