Quality assurance assistant • Kurfi, Katsina State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a quality assurance assistant in Kurfi, Katsina State. The role involves: • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings • Log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch • Check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation What we are looking for: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Good eyesight and colour vision for visual inspection • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
