We are recruiting: furniture maker (West Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a furniture maker in Kanawha County, West Virginia. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; assemble bespoke and flat-pack kitchen units and fit worktops; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions. Requirements: • Accurate to fine tolerances on finish work • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
