Pipe tig welder wanted in Newton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a pipe tig welder in Newton County, Missouri. Requirements: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings You will select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding. 3+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
