Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift erector in Bennington County, Vermont. What we are looking for: • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work • Valid driving licence for site call-outs • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate Day-to-day duties: • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments • Measure rope tension and check for broken strands • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches Rotating shifts.
