Join our team: we are hiring a short order cook in Richmond County, Georgia. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off.
