Urgent requirement: captain waiter (Minnesota)

Join our team: we are hiring a captain waiter in Beltrami County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Clear and reset tables between covers • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Check back during the meal and handle special requests You should have: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
