Dish pit attendant • Jackson County, Mississippi

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Jackson County, Mississippi. You will work in a hospital canteen. Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies What we are looking for: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
