Lift mechanic — Brass

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lift mechanic in Brass, Bayelsa State. Day to day you will respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts; wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches; install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. Ideal candidate: • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • Comfortable working at height and in confined hoistways • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
