Abattoir worker wanted in Ramsey County

Join our team: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Ramsey County, North Dakota. On a typical shift you will mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. What we are looking for: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
