The role involves: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts. $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
