Now hiring: dough maker (Alabama)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Cullman County, Alabama. The job is at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; score the top of loaves before baking; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. You should have: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
