Great opportunity: restaurant steward (Oklahoma)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Ellis County, Oklahoma. The job is at a beach resort. On the job you will handle: • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left Requirements: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
