Now hiring: we are hiring a dishwasher in Portage County, Wisconsin. The job is at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience.
