Fettler wanted in Mineral County

Join our team: we are hiring a fettler in Mineral County, Nevada. You will be based at an aluminium die-casting plant. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry The role involves pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer $3,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
