Great opportunity: we are hiring a dogger in Baltimore County, Maryland. What we are looking for: • Confident with standard crane hand signals • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles The role involves: • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use Full-time with occasional weekends. Pay around $16 per hour, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
