Press operator wanted in Monongalia County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a press operator in Monongalia County, West Virginia. The job is on the press shop floor. Your main tasks: • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Feed blanks into the die and remove formed parts • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean Requirements: • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses 3+ years on the tools preferred. $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
