Now hiring: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Wells County, Indiana. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. On the job you will handle: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors What we are looking for: • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Part-time with flexible hours.
