Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish.
