Powder coating technician — Gilmer County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Gilmer County, Georgia. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Day to day you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
