Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners The role involves: • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch 3+ years on the tools preferred.
