The role involves hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; backfill and ram down soil around the foundations; break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker; pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator. Ideal candidate: • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Pay around $4,900 per month, based on your experience.
