Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coater in Washington County, Arkansas. On a typical shift you will sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. What we are looking for: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects 5+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts.
