What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports On a typical shift you will mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder. 2+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
