Body shop technician • Swift County, Minnesota

Great opportunity: we are hiring a body shop technician in Swift County, Minnesota. You will be based in an insurance-approved repair centre. Day-to-day duties: • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place You should have: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Own basic hand tools (hammers, dollies, files) 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $8,500 per project, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Contact us to fix an interview.
