Long-haul driver wanted in Greene County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a long-haul driver in Greene County, Iowa. You will be based at a container freight yard. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel • Valid digital tachograph card • Current Driver CPC qualification card The role involves: • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
