Join our team: we are hiring a scullery hand in Oshimili North, Delta State. The role involves: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
