Immediate opening: cnc turning machinist (Texas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turning machinist in Stonewall County, Texas. Day-to-day duties: • Change worn carbide inserts and monitor tool wear • Read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Run first-off inspection and sign off the part • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets You should have: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
