We are recruiting: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Spencer County, Indiana. What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day-to-day duties: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone $260 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
