Immediate opening: finishing presser (Minnesota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a finishing presser in Itasca County, Minnesota. You will be based in a garment export house. On a typical shift you will meet the daily piece target without damaging garments; sort bundles by fabric, shade and order number; hang or fold pressed garments and pass them to packing; operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments; remove creases, wrinkles and packing folds with a steam iron. What we are looking for: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Comfortable standing long shifts in a hot, humid environment • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep 2+ years on the tools preferred.
