Commis chef wanted in Trousdale County

Join our team: we are hiring a commis chef in Trousdale County, Tennessee. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. Day-to-day duties: • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases You should have: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 4+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
