Great opportunity: we are hiring a safety marshal in Misau, Bauchi State. The job is in a chemical processing unit. Your main tasks: • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site What we are looking for: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Rotating shifts.
