Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Davidson County, Tennessee. The job is in a packaging factory. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day-to-day duties: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Monitor gauges and stop the machine when readings drift • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter Full-time with occasional weekends.
