Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Adams County, Colorado. The role involves: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling What we are looking for: • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Full-time with occasional weekends.
